HB Body 496 Auto Clear 5lt Paint Lacquer Kit 727 Polar Hardener Extra Fast

496 5lt HS Clear Coat is a crystal clear, high gloss coat from our 2K - Acryl - system. Due to its high build, excellent levelling and high gloss this product is suitable for all top quality full and partial (spot panel) refinishes. Mix at a ratio of 2:1 with HARDENER 727 POLAR (#727). Using BODY HARDENER 727 POLAR the curing time can be reduced to 10-20 min @ 60℃ (140�F). Assembly work and polishing can be carried out only 30 minutes after baking.

Thinner addition 0-10% HB BODY THINNERS
Oven force drying 10-45 min / 60-65°C panel temperature
IR drying 8-10 min distance: 60 - 70cm

Pretreatment / Cleaning of substrate:
Clean substrate using a soft cloth and BODY 770 ANTISIL NORMAL / BODY 771 ANTISIL FAST
Make sure the surface is air dried ather than wiped dry
Make sure you always use appropriate face protection and good ventilation
