Delivery Methods
All orders are delivered either by Royal Mail, independent carrier or our own delivery vehicles. Or if you prefer you can collect.(By prior agreement, within our stated collection times)

Delivery Charges
The price for delivery is calculated using the order weight and the delivery address postcode. So it is important that you register if you are new to the site, or login if you are a returning customer

Total Order Price
The total cost of your entire order including delivery and vat can be viewed in the checkout. You can still return to your shopping basket, or add and remove items from your shopping cart during check out.

Receiving Your Delivery
Most orders require a signature on delivery. In the event that no one is in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left with a contact number for you to call to arrange an alternative delivery time. (This may not be the same day).

Please ensure that you check deliveries for the correct number of parcels and that any damaged parcels are signed for stating that they were damaged on delivery, as no claims can be accepted after the carriers have left.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order is received incomplete or damaged, you must report it immediately to us either by:
