Pro Range 1K Cellulose High Build White Primer 1litre Cellulose Primer produces the ideal surface for the application of cellulose or two pack acrylic enamels in both air-dry and low bake systems. Thick paint, usually polyester based. Typically used on fiberglass parts or over "Bondo" as the final layer before primer-sealer and top coats. It can be used as a primer on steel or as a filler coat (For scratches etc ) on properly prepared primed surfaces. Cellulose primer dries to a smooth finish and is suitable for use under most topcoat finishes.
