DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION EVERCOAT EZ LITE COMMERCIAL is specially formulated to allow for a deep filling with excellent vertical hang. Operators can mix and spread large quantities with confidence knowing they have enough time to work larger surfaces. This reduces the number of mixes, saving time and increasing productivity. SUBSTRATES Steel, and other zinc coated steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and SMC. PREPARATION Clean surface. Remove all dirt, oil grease and wax. Use P80-P180 grit abrasives to remove and sand paint. Thoroughly clean surface using a suitable surface cleaner such as a solvent or waterbased panel preparation solution. Surface must be completely dry before application. MIXING Use with EVERCOAT Cream Hardener Only! Place desired amount of putty on a clean, non-fibrous/non-porous mixing board. Add hardener in a ratio of 100 parts EVERCOAT EZ LITE COMMERCIAL to 2 parts. EVERCOAT CREAM HARDENER by weight. EXAMPLE: For a 5 cm diameter puddle of filler add a bead of cream hardener from the centre to the edge of the puddle. For a 10 cm diameter puddle add a bead of hardener from edge to edge. Puddles larger than 10 cm in diameter will require additional hardener. Mix thoroughly until a uniform colour is achieved. APPLICATION Spread a thin layer of mixed materials over surface using firm pressure to ensure best adhesion. Apply additional layers building area slightly higher than the surface to allow for sanding. FINISHING Sand and shape the body filler with P80 � P220 grit abrasive. Avoid coarse sand scratches outside of the filler area during the initial cut. Finish sand body filler with P180-P220 grit. For best results over-coat with EVERCOAT OPTEX SUPERBUILD 4:1 Polyester Primer Surfacer with built in guide coat.
